Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a passionate Health & Fitness Coach to lead high-quality group exercise sessions and design personalised fitness programmes for our members in Bad Homburg.

You will support the team with day-to-day club operations, including maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, opening/closing duties, and engaging with members to help them achieve their health goals. A strong customer service mindset and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong passion for health and fitness and excellent customer service.
• Able to build rapport quickly with members and colleagues.
• Reliable, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Emergency Response Qualification preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality group exercise sessions.
• Design and implement personalised fitness programming.
• Support day-to-day club operations, including opening and closing duties.
• Engage with members to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

• Has an Emergency Response Qualification (preferred, but not essential)
