Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Personal Assistant (w / m / d) zur Unterstützung des Lehrstuhls für Innovation und Corporate Transformation in Teilzeit (25 % / 9,63 Std. pro Woche mit Option auf 50% / 19,25 Std. pro Woche zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt zu erhöhen ).

Die Stelle ist zunächst auf ein Jahr befristet.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Du unterstützt den Lehrstuhlinhaber administrativ und organisatorisch
• Du koordinierst Termine, Besprechungen und Meetings
• Du übernimmst die Korrespondenz in Englisch und Deutsch sowie die Unterstützung bei Reiseplanung und Reisekostenabrechnung
• Du bist eine verlässliche Ansprechperson für interne und externe Stakeholder
• Du pflegst die Website des Lehrstuhls
• Du unterstützt bei der Planung und Durchführung von Workshops und internen Veranstaltungen

Ihr Profil

• Ein professionelles und sicheres Auftreten mit sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen ist zwingend erforderlich.
• Ausgeprägte analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten, gepaart mit einem hohen Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Teamgeist.
• Hohe Eigenmotivation, Flexibilität und Engagement.
• Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Microsoft Office 365.

General information

We are looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant (f/m/d) to support our Chair of Innovation and Corporate Transformation on a part-time basis (25% / 9.63 hours per week with the option to increase to 50% / 19.25 hours per week at a later date), starting as soon as possible.

This position is initially a one-year fixed-term contract.

Your mission

• You will provide administrative and organizational support to the Chairholder
• You will coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings
• You will handle correspondence in English as well as German and support with travel planning and expense management
• You will act as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• You will maintain the chair's website
• You will support the planning and implementation of workshops and in-house events

Your profile

• A professional and confident manner with very good German and English communication and writing skills is essential.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, coupled with a high degree of independence and team spirit.
• High level of self-motivation, flexibility, and commitment.
• Very good user skills in Microsoft Office 365.
