A leading international food wholesaler is seeking an Executive Assistant to manage administrative responsibilities and coordinate communications for senior leadership. You will support organizational activities, assist with budgeting, and prepare high-quality documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent command of English and German. The successful candidate will manage executive-level administrative responsibilities, coordinate department‑wide organizational activities, and act as a key point of contact between the SVP and both internal and external stakeholders.
