We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to support our Performance Marketing Team in scaling this role you will take ownership of driving high-impact digital campaigns managing budgets across performance channels and ensuring we achieve our KPI goals. You will also be responsible for testing new channels and strategies to continuously grow the business.

Your tasks

• Plan create monitor and optimize performance campaigns across Meta TikTok Google Ads YouTube and Native Display.
• Analyze evaluate and report on campaign performance in line with strategic KPIs.
• Support the setup and implementation of a comprehensive tracking and reporting infrastructure.
• Assist in display marketing activities and affiliate / cooperation partnerships.
• Continuously manage and improve campaigns to maximize efficiency and results.
• Coordinate with external agencies and partners to ensure strong campaign performance.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis and keep the team up to date on relevant trends and activities.
