Qualifikationen

• Опыт в Performance Marketing или Paid Ads специалистом;
• C2 немецкий, письменный и устный;
• Высокий практический опыт работы с Meta Ads Manager и Google Ads;
• Опыт ведения нескольких рекламных аккаунтов параллельно;
• Сильное понимание таргетинга и ремаркетинга;
• Сильное понимание воронок продаж;
• Сильное понимание планирования бюджета и масштабирования;
• Аналитический, ориентированный на результат умысел;
• Структурированный и надежный стиль работы;
• Уверенное общение с клиентами и командами;
• Желательно: опыт с Amazon Ads, опыт с ClickUp, Asana, Notion или Trello, агентский опыт, умение оценивать и направлять креативы по данным.

Aufgaben

• Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns;
• Manage campaigns across Meta Ads, including Facebook and Instagram;
• Manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max;
• Control budgets, bidding strategies, and performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, and CPL;
• Continuously test audiences, creatives, placements, and messaging;
• Ensure accurate tracking with Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM, and conversion events;
• Analyze data and derive actionable optimization measures;
• Identify scaling and growth opportunities;
• Act as the main paid advertising contact for assigned clients;
• Set up and continuously manage advertising accounts;
• Coordinate timelines, priorities, and deliverables;
• Collaborate closely with design, copy, and social media teams;
• Provide data-based performance feedback on creatives;
• Create and present weekly and monthly reports;
• Clearly communicate results, learnings, and next steps.

• Experience as a Performance Marketer or Paid Ads Specialist;
• C2 German, written and spoken;
• Strong practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads;
• Experience managing multiple advertising accounts in parallel;
• Strong understanding of targeting and retargeting;
• Strong understanding of funnel strategies;
• Strong understanding of budget planning and scaling;
• Analytical, performance-driven mindset;
• Structured and reliable working style;
• Confident communication with clients and teams;
• Nice to have: Experience with Amazon Ads, experience with ClickUp, Asana, Notion, or Trello, agency experience, ability to evaluate and guide creatives based on data.
