Job description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (all genders) for our office in Berlin F`hain. You can start working with us immediately, either part-time or full-time. We offer a flexible working model of at least 32 hours per week, 4-5 days per week.

You are our go-to pro for all paid ads. You plan, manage and optimise our campaigns on Meta, Google, Pinterest and TikTok, manage budgets and ensure that our ads reach exactly the right people.

Responsibilities
  • Development and implementation of performance marketing strategies for Meta, Google, Pinterest and TikTok
  • Budget planning, allocation and performance controlling across all channels
  • Planning, development and ongoing optimisation of campaigns
  • Keyword, target group and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities
  • A/B testing of adverts, creatives, landing pages and target groups
  • Continuous optimisation based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, conversion rate and ROAS
  • Monitoring and analysis of campaign results (e.g. via Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Pinterest Analytics)
  • Derivation of concrete recommendations for action and presentation of results to the team
  • Setup and maintenance of tracking systems (e.g. Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters, pixels)
  • Ensuring data quality and consistency across all campaigns
  • Briefing and working closely with creatives for campaign assets and landing pages
  • Expanding and maintaining the marketing funnel, including retargeting strategies and lookalike audiences
  • Supporting the further development of our marketing automation and attribution
Your profile
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in performance marketing, paid social or paid search – ideally in e-commerce or fashion
  • In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, initial experience with Pinterest Ads and TikTok Ads is an advantage
  • Confident in using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking and pixel setup
  • Familiar with performance KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CVR and budget efficiency
  • Experience in A/B testing and data-driven campaign optimisationUnderstanding of funnel strategies, attribution and customer journey
  • Analytical thinking and enjoyment of numbers, reports and dashboards
  • Good copy and design sensitivity – you recognise what works for our target audience
  • Independent, structured way of working – you can manage projects completely on your own
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team – you work closely with creative, content and e-commerce teams
  • Interest in fashion, trends and brand aesthetics
