Tasks

Weflow is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead in charge of paid channels at Weflow. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Running and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Search, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, Reddit Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Analyzing performance data (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CVR) and making data‑driven optimization decisions.
  • Creating ad creatives and landing pages that convert.
  • Running experiments to improve website conversion rates and lead quality.
  • Staying ahead of performance marketing trends, tools and platform updates to keep our growth engine sharp.
Requirements
  • 23 years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Working knowledge of conversion tracking.
  • Strong interest in AI and automation, ideally with hands‑on experience using AI tools and workflow platforms.
  • A data‑driven mindset comfortable analyzing numbers, spotting trends and acting fast.
  • Curious, experimental and proactive. You like testing new formats, learning fast and iterating often.
  • Excellent written and spoken English. You care about clarity, tone and precision.
  • Sharp eye for what great ad copy and creatives look like.
  • Experience with Google & LinkedIn Ads.
