Performance Controller (f/m/d), Analytics & Modelling
You will be an integral part of business controlling, working with cross‑functional and cross‑organizational teams in and outside Grid Technologies. As part of Performance Controlling, you gain financial management insights and play an active role in improving our finance processes and driving digitalisation of controlling processes.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop and maintain financial KPI frameworks aligned with long‑term business objectives, automate reporting and create interactive dashboards for performance monitoring.
- Drive digitalisation of controlling processes in close collaboration with governance and data teams.
- Develop, maintain and enhance financial models to conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate the potential impact of market fluctuations and strategic initiatives.
- Support profitability, trend and ad‑hoc analyses to support agile and informed decision‑making.
- Communicate complex financial concepts and the results of analyses clearly and effectively to both financial and non‑financial audiences.
- Provide support to team members by sharing expertise in digitalisation concepts and solutions.
What You Bring
- University/master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics or a related field.
- Several years of relevant professional experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting and controlling within a multinational corporate environment.
- Highly developed analytical skills combined with a strong strategic mindset.
- Team‑oriented with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Extensive experience in financial modelling, data analytics, and tools for data analysis and visualization (e.g., Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud), with business‑fluent English.
