As a German speaking performance coaching specialist with TransPerfect, you will facilitate learning around the topics and coach participants on developing their own coaching skills inline with the defined coaching behaviors.

Education and Experience

• Native or native proficiency in German
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years' experience within the field of performance coaching
