We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist to help us support and scale our incredible global team. You’ll be the driving force behind smooth, efficient, and people‑first operations — from onboarding to payroll — making JustPlay an even better place to work every day.

In this hands‑on role, you’ll dive into everything from contracts and payroll to process innovation - helping us work smarter and ensure our JustPlayers feel supported at every step.

Tasks

• Be the go‑to person for employee questions on administrative topics like policies, contracts, and general administrative requests
• Draft and manage employment contracts, HR documents, and maintain accurate and compliant personnel files
• Keep employee data up to date in our HRIS (HiBob) and build workflows to help automate key People Ops processes (e.g. probation periods, data change requests, etc.)
• Support monthly German payroll and global payments for EOR employees and contractors, ensuring full compliance with local laws and contract standards
• Coordinate global mobility and relocation processes (with the help of external agencies), and take ownership of benefits administration
• Continuously improve our People Ops processes, templates, and documentation – making them more efficient, scalable, and employee‑centric
• Leverage AI and automation to simplify workflows and uncover new opportunities for efficiency, compliance, and a smoother employee experience

Requirements

• A background in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in HR or People Operations, ideally in a fast‑paced or international environment
• You’re detail‑oriented, organized, and reliable
• Solid knowledge of German payroll and labor law; experience with EOR or contractor setups is a plus
• An analytical mindset - you spot patterns, build dashboards, and help us make smarter, data‑driven decisions across People topics
• Comfortable working with HRIS tools - bonus points if you’re a HiBob enthusiast who loves building workflows, automations, and smart task lists
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
