A sustainable packaging tech company in Aachen is seeking a people & culture manager to enhance team culture, support HR processes, and drive organizational initiatives. The successful candidate will help build a collaborative work environment while promoting sustainability in the industry. A degree in business administration and fluency in German and English are required.
We are a spin-off of RWTH Aachen University, which develops a special coating technology to enable recyclable plastic packaging for various applications. We are looking for a people & culture manager to join us in building a company that will significantly advance the circular economy for plastics in Germany and the world.
You create an inspiring work atmosphere by providing creative ideas for our office and team culture
You support recruiting and onboarding processes and develop strategies to attract and retain employees
You develop and implement initiatives related to corporate culture
You provide support in operational human resource management
You bring the team together at internal events and meetings
You develop organizational processes that enable efficient and productive work
You have completed an apprenticeship or earned a degree in business administration, and you have initial work experience in human resources or a related field
You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
You work independently and take initiative
You are attentive and a strong communicator
You are business fluent in German and English
