As the People Attraction Specialist, you are the driving force behind our recruiting success. You take ownership of the end-to-end hiring process and ensure that both candidates and hiring managers enjoy a smooth, transparent, and positive experience. With your energy and creativity, you shape not only first impressions but also the future of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Ownership and management of the recruitment process focusing on an optimal experience of both the candidates and hiring managers
  • Act as the first point of contact for our candidates, representing our culture, values, and unique spirit
  • Plan, realize, and lead our Galaxus Logistics Casting Days in Neuenburg am Rhein
  • Contributing actively to developing and reaching our team goals and company vision
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs
  • Communication, planning and organization of the employment for external employees with the Master Vendor, as well as administrative personnel data maintenance
  • Support the recruitment team in Switzerland or Krefeld and be open to occasional (planned) travel
Qualifications
  • Recruiting experience ideally within Supply Chain Management or an operational environment, plus solid knowledge of the logistics industry
  • Proficiency in French and English (Recruiting team meetings will be in English), German is advantageous
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with an open mindset and a talent for managing administrative tasks for our external employees
  • Outstanding organizational abilities – you keep a cool head even in fast-paced situations
  • Hands-on mentality with the drive to push things forward
  • Flexible and plan your daily work schedule on-site or remotely, depending on where you are needed. (1-2 days per week on-site)
  • Willingness to challenge "how things have always been done" and propose more efficient, automated, or effective solutions
  • Maintaining resilience and agility while adjusting strategies as needed
