Galaxus Deutschland GmbH sucht eine People Attraction Specialist, um das SCM-Team an Neuenburg am Rhein und Krefeld auszubauen. Sie verantworten End-to-end-Recruiting, bauen talent pipelines auf und optimieren Prozesse in Deutschland.

Präsenz vor Ort an drei Tagen pro Woche, flexible Home-Office-Optionen sind möglich. Sie bringen mehrjährige Recruiting- oder Logistik-Erfahrung, starke Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Fähigkeiten sowie fließendes Deutsch und Englisch mit.

Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Recruiting oder Logistik-Umfeld.

• End-to-end Recruiting-Prozesse für SCM-Positionen an Neuenburg am Rhein und Krefeld.
• Aufbau der Belegschaft für das neue Operations-Center (1.200+ Mitarbeitende bis 2027).
• Aktives Sourcing zur Anziehung geeigneter Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten.
• Standardisierung und Implementierung von Recruiting-Prozessen in Deutschland.
• Planung und Durchführung von Casting Days und Jobmessen.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Hiring Managern zur Anforderungsdefinition und Prozessoptimierung.

As a People Attraction Specialist, you don't just fill roles. You build teams that drive our operations forward. You bring in the right talent, create meaningful candidate experiences, and help us scale our Supply Chain organization in Neuenburg am Rhein and Krefeld.

• Own the end-to-end recruiting process for Supply Chain Management roles at our Neuenburg am Rhein and Krefeld locations, in line with our Recruitment Guide
• Build up the workforce for our new operations center in Neuenburg am Rhein (1,200+ employees by End 2027)
• With active sourcing, you'll attract strong fit candidates for our specialist positions
• Drive the standardization and implementation of recruiting processes across Germany
• Plan and execute on-site casting days and participate in job fairs
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and continuously optimize the selection process (with a presence of 3 days per week on-site in Neuenburg am Rhein)
• Manage and coordinate our master vendor, including responsibility for monthly time reports of external employees and related administrative tasks

Profil

• Several years of experience in recruiting or in a logistics environment
• Hands-on experience in active sourcing and building talent pipelines using different sourcing channels and tools
• Fluency in English and German, as well as a good knowledge of French
• Comfortable engaging with senior leadership to challenge and improve processes, backed by presentation skills and self-confidence
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Structured, independent working style with a strong focus on execution
• Ability to build trust through consistent and reliable actions
• Willingness to take calculated risks to create value and drive growth
