Your mission

As our People Assistant, you’ll step into a role with purpose, growth, and real impact. Your contributions in employee engagement, recruitment coordination, and office culture will be highly trusted and celebrated — all in an environment that values authenticity, inclusion, and cross-cultural collaboration.


Your responsibilities
  • Support creating memorable first and last days by organizing thoughtful onboarding and offboarding experiences
  • Set up new hires for success with timely workspace and equipment preparation
  • Partner with hiring managers to streamline recruitment steps and maintain a smooth candidate experience
  • Curate culture moments by helping plan meaningful team events and celebrations
  • Manage day-to-day office needs with care, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes
  • Maintain accurate people records and respond swiftly to updates or absences
  • Handle invoice tracking and affiliate payouts with precision and timeliness
  • Flag team sentiment or people-related risks early to support a healthy, transparent environment

Your profile
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or people support roles
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Warm, proactive communicator with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and care
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Experience in recruitment coordination or HR systems
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, or productivity platforms (e.g., Confluence, Slack)
  • Interest in people experience and office culture development
  • Fluent in English —German is a plus.
