What you’ll do

Develop 2K PU-Adhesives for use in automotive applications like e-mobility up to production readiness, including scale-up, specification testing, documentation and development of quality features. Provide test series on adhesives based mainly on polyurethanes but also on other technologies like Hybrids or new technologies.

  • Analyze results & prepare reports
  • Test new raw materials with focus on sustainability, health and adhesion performance therefore coordinate regular contacts with raw material manufacturers
  • Support production and quality control
  • Monitor and implement SHE guidelines in the laboratory (including 5S)
What makes you a good fit

Successfully completed education as a chemical laboratory worker, technician, or bachelor. At least 2 years of professional experience. Ideally in the field of Adhesives. Very good teamwork and communication skills. Proactive and creative mindset, willing to work independent to develop new innovations. IT skills in Excel, PowerPoint, statistical data analysis are an advantage. Fluent language skills in German and English.
