We are looking for a permanent payroll specialist for our payroll team. In addition to operational payroll, the duties of the payroll specialist include official reporting, guidance and instruction regarding employment and payroll matters, and the development of the payroll process.

Successful performance of the duties requires accuracy, planning skills, and good system proficiency. As a person, you are service-oriented, proactive, and able to work within schedules. You value the people around you and possess good interaction and communication skills.

• In addition, we require previous experience in payroll and development work, knowledge of collective agreements, good digital skills, the ability to act independently, and good knowledge of GDPR.

We offer you a responsible and versatile role where you can take responsibility for the overall payroll process and develop payroll processes. You will be supported by a professional payroll team and have the opportunity for remote work two days a week.

The position is to be filled starting September 1, 2026, or by agreement, and a six-month probationary period will be applied.
