Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) at TELUS Digital
Location: Essen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. Willingness to work on site.
Responsibilities
- Validating of personnel master data, absences and attendances, sick leave, reporting and other tasks in connection with payroll accounting
- Preparation and completion of the Payroll process incl. subsequent tasks
- Supporting and advising employees in payroll related matters
- Preparatory payroll accounting
- Solve Cases (Tickets) from employees in Workday (HCM System)
- Exchange with authorities (Insurance, Tax office, foreign office, ...)
- Preparation of certificates
- Close cooperation with employees and managers
Your skills
- Successfully completed payroll relevant training
- Experience in payroll accounting
- Profound knowledge of social security, taxes, surcharges, etc.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace and MS Office and/or the willingness to learn
- Experience in dealing with DATEV is an advantage
- Very good communication skills in written and spoken German and English
- Willingness to work on site
- Basic knowledge of labor law
