Global business consulting company is looking to hire a PAYROLL LEAD to join their team in Dusseldorf, Germany (Hybrid, full time).

How does the job look like

• Responsible for overseeing and directing payroll procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and tax obligations, supervising the payroll team, and maintaining accurate payroll records
• Coordinate activities with other client departments to ensure successful testing and implementation of tax updates, year-end testing on multiple or single payroll ERP for all regions
• Broad understanding and ability to research and interpret payroll laws
• Ensures compliance with applicable payroll tax and labor law requirements

Your profile

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience of German payroll processing experience
• Experience to work with international (offshore) teams
• Good experience in coordinating Payroll inputs and validation
• Experience in HRMS/ERP like (SAP, SuccessFactors, workday etc.) and in MS Office
• Fluency in Germany and in English
