SD Worx in Germany is seeking a Payroll & HR Services professional to manage accurate payroll administration for assigned clients and advise on personnel administration and social legislation.

You will build long-lasting client relationships, ensure compliant payroll processing, and continuously look for improvements in processes. German and English language skills are essential, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote setup.

• Knowledge of German payroll regulations is a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills required.

Which tasks can you expect?

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing accurate personnel and payroll administration for assigned client(s).

• Following up on, calculating, and checking payroll processing for your client(s).

• Advising and guiding clients on payroll, personnel administration, and social legislation.

• Building long-term trusted relationships with clients.

• Acting as a contact point for the employer. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and expertise in payroll and personnel administration.

• Continuously identifying and implementing improvements and optimizations in existing work processes.
