Zusammenfassung

Congrify, an IXOPAY company, seeks a Payments Manager to help enterprise merchants unlock the value of AI Payments Intelligence. You will blend payments knowledge with data analytics to optimize performance, reduce costs, and drive data-driven decisions across customer engagements.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement insights, oversee data ingestion quality, and guide onboarding and deployment while staying ahead of industry trends in payments and AI analytics.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in payments operations, analytics, or management.
• Strong understanding of payments ecosystems (PSPs, acquirers, card payments).
• Experience translating insights into business recommendations for enterprise customers.

We're looking for a Payments Manager to help customers unlock the full value of Congrify (an IXOPAY company) AI Payments Intelligence platform.

In this customer-facing role, you'll combine your expertise in payments, data analytics, and payment operations to help enterprise merchants improve payment performance, reduce costs, and make smarter decisions using their payment data. Working closely with customers and cross-functional teams, you'll transform complex payment data into actionable insights while ensuring high-quality data ingestion and operational excellence.

Tasks

What You'll Do

Deliver Customer Value

• Partner with enterprise customers to understand their business goals, payment strategies, and operational challenges.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers optimize payment performance, improve authorization rates, reduce costs, and strengthen data-driven decision-making.
• Lead regular business reviews, delivering actionable recommendations based on payment trends, analytics, and AI-generated insights.

Drive Data Excellence

• Monitor customer data ingestion pipelines and data quality to ensure accurate, reliable analytics and reporting.
• Analyze payment performance, transaction trends, and machine learning-generated anomalies to identify optimization opportunities.
• Support customers with KPI configuration, dashboard customization, and data integration to maximize the value of IXOPAY's AI Payments Intelligence platform.

Collaborate Across Teams

• Partner with Product, Data Engineering, Customer Experience, and Integration teams to deliver seamless customer solutions.
• Translate customer feedback and business requirements into actionable product enhancements and feature requests.
• Support successful customer implementations by providing technical guidance throughout onboarding and deployment.

Advance Product Innovation

• Stay current on payment technologies, industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging developments in payment analytics and AI.
• Share customer insights that help shape the future direction of IXOPAY's Payments Intelligence, Payment Orchestration, and Universal Tokenization solutions.
• Champion operational excellence through continuous process improvement and a customer-first mindset.

Requirements

Required

• 3+ years of experience in payments operations, payment analytics, data analytics, or payment management.
• Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, including payment service providers (PSPs), acquirers, card payments, and payment optimization.
• Experience analyzing complex datasets and translating insights into business recommendations.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers in a consultative or customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and team collaboration.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
• Experience working for a merchant, payment service provider (PSP), acquirer, or FinTech organization.
• Experience with payment data analytics, business intelligence platforms, dashboards, or reporting tools.
• Experience supporting AI-driven analytics or payment intelligence platforms.
• Knowledge of payment orchestration, tokenization, fraud prevention, or payment optimization solutions.
