limango GmbH - a member of the Otto Group - is seeking a Performance Marketing Partnerships & Cooperations Lead to drive growth across our marketing ecosystem.

You will own partnerships, budgets and performance across content, affiliate and deal channels, with freedom to test new ideas, optimize campaigns and scale what works.

We offer a hybrid work model with 2 days in Munich and remote options from anywhere in Germany, plus benefits like vouchers and wellness programs.

• Deals Management: Coordinate and manage activities across deal platforms such as mydealz.

YOUR ROLE AND MAIN TASKS

As a parental leave cover , you will take ownership of our Performance Marketing Partnerships & Cooperations area and help drive limango's growth.

You will manage partnerships, budgets, and performance across established channels such as content and affiliate marketing, while exploring new opportunities and formats. From podcast advertising and creator partnerships to completely new ideas , you'll have the freedom to test, learn, and scale what works.

Daily tasks of the position

• Partnerships & Cooperations: Plan, manage, and develop Performance Marketing partnerships and cooperation channels, with full ownership of results, including leads, buyers, and budgets.
• Content Marketing: Manage and optimize content distribution channels such as Taboola and Outbrain.
• Click-based Marketing: Oversee and optimize click-based acquisition channels, including Firefox and UIM.
• Deal Platforms: Coordinate and manage activities across deal platforms such as mydealz.
• Affiliate Marketing: Build, manage, and optimize affiliate partnerships and performance-driven collaborations.

Projects of the position

• Expand partnerships: Take ownership of and further develop existing online and offline partnerships, including flyer bartering and performance display advertising.
• New lead generation channels: Identify, test, and scale new lead‑generation formats with significant freedom to experiment and innovate.
• Deals Management: As Deals Manager, curate and continuously improve our deal offerings, ensuring relevance, performance, and strong partner relationships.
