Avelios is seeking a Partnership Manager (all genders) to negotiate, select and manage implementation partners, ensuring smooth operational collaboration and alignment with projects.

You will establish and maintain partner standards, oversee initial and ongoing certification, and manage the strategic relationship cadence to support project delivery and strengthen Avelios’ position.

Qualifikationen

• Graduated from a top-ranked business school in a business-related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally from a top-tier consultancy, scale-up or other fast-paced strategic environments with exposure to demanding projects.
• Knowledge of project management principles with an entrepreneurial mindset to get things done.

THE TEAM AND YOUR ROLE

As a Partnership Manager (all genders) you will negotiate, select and manage implementation partners while ensuring smooth operational collaboration and alignment with Avelios’ projects. You will establish and maintain partner standards overseeing initial and ongoing certification, and managing the strategic and operational relationship cadence. Success means building a reliable, well-enabled partner network that supports project delivery, reduces operational friction and strengthens Avelios’ strategic position.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to create strong professional relationships
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
