Genpact Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Partner - SCM Advisory to lead enterprise Kinaxis Maestro solutions for global clients in the CPG sector. You will co-own architecture vision, lead governance forums, and shape roadmaps across automation, AI and digital supply chain transformation.

In this role, you will drive strategic client engagement, influence investment priorities, and develop senior architects while expanding reusable IP and reference architectures.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degrees in business/engineering/science disciplines with a focus on supply chain management.
• Masters in Operations Management is preferred.
• Certifications CSCP, PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt are listed as preferred qualifications.

• Co-own the enterprise solution architecture vision for Kinaxis Maestro ensuring scalable future-ready solutions across complex multi-platform ecosystems.
• Lead architecture governance and executive design forums engaging CIOs, CSOs and C-suite stakeholders.
• Translate complex architectures into business-aligned strategies shaping client roadmaps across automation, AI and digital supply chain transformation.
• Provide portfolio-level oversight of large-scale programs governing delivery models, partner alignment, risk and KPI outcomes.
• Build and scale the Solution Architecture community by defining capability models and career paths.
