Genpact Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Sr. Business Partner to translate bold HR strategies into real-world impact in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment. You will drive retention, engagement, performance management, and employee relations while aligning HR initiatives with business goals.

The role includes coaching HR teams, guiding talent acquisition, and advancing organizational development across global enterprises, with a focus on compliance and ESG considerations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-level or higher in HR/IR or related field.
• SHRM-SCP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience in HR strategy, employee relations and engagement.
