dynamic commerce AG in Kulmbach is seeking a dedicated Partner Manager for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will identify and onboard new partners, nurture joint offerings, and drive collaboration across our Dynamics ecosystem to deliver customer projects.

You'll activate existing partners, grow the partner network, and represent dc at events and trade shows while maintaining a healthy partner pipeline in the CRM. A consultative sales mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in partner management and ecosystem development.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
• Strong networking and consultative selling skills.

Along the way, you combine sales strength with a consultative mindset and spot where real opportunities can grow from first contacts.
You bring dc and its partners together, develop joint offerings, and position our e-commerce solutions in their customer projects. You plan shared activities - from the first partner meeting to joint customer conversations and trade shows - and make sure they turn into real projects.
This role gives you plenty of room to shape things, direct impact on company growth, and the opportunity to actively help build a strong network in the Microsoft and Dynamics 365 Business Central space.
