The Role

As a Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders, driving high-impact executive search and leadership advisory projects across Europe and beyond.

You will shape leadership outcomes that influence business success and help organizations navigate transformation.

Your responsibilities

• Managing retained executive search assignments from briefing to completion
• Advising clients on selection, succession, and leadership strategy
• Developing a focused expertise in a specific industry or function (e.g. Technology, Industrial, or Consumer)
• Building long-term, trust-based client relationships
• Assessing and engaging senior executives, delivering insight-driven recommendations
• Collaborating with international colleagues across practices and regions

Your profile

• 8–20 years of total professional experience, ideally in executive search, strategy consulting, or leadership advisory
• Strong business acumen and a natural ability to engage senior stakeholders
• A consultative mindset – analytical, structured, and emotionally intelligent
