K Health is seeking board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to join our fully remote primary care model. You will deliver comprehensive care across preventive, acute, and chronic conditions using our AI-enabled clinical platform.

We require 3+ years post-residency and 2+ years in-person experience, with EPIC EMR proficiency and a commitment of about 24 hours per week. Licensure across states and Spanish language skills are a plus.

What you’ll be doing

• Provide high‑quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a fully‑remote, virtual setting
• Elevate remote care by providing compassionate and meaningful patient encounters
• Manage a dedicated panel of patients as their primary care physician
• Refer patients to specialists or acute care services when clinically indicated
• Work on population health initiatives for risk‑attributed patients (AWVs, care gaps, transitions of care, risk capture)
• Support patients immediately post‑discharge to improve understanding of treatment plans and reduce hospital readmissions
• Practice continuous self‑evaluation to ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and best practices

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of post‑residency work experience
• A minimum of 2+ years experience in an in‑person primary care setting
• Experience with virtual visits required
• Active IMLC compact license or residing in an IMLC member state, preferred
• Must have prior experience with EPIC EMR
• Clean background and medical malpractice history
• Willing to commit 24 hours per week
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, which may include specific weekdays, evenings, and weekends
• Spanish speaking is a plus
• Strong interest in developing longitudinal relationships with patients and managing chronic care conditions
• Comfort with management of acute conditions in a virtual setting
• Extensive experience handling 3+ cases per hour
• Eagerness to learn about and implement cutting‑edge technology to improve efficiency and clinical outcomes

Compensation

$130 – $150 USD
