Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the timely processing of payroll accounting from entry to exit
  • Supporting employees in all payroll-related issues
  • Contact person for insurance providers and authorities
  • Entering and maintaining personnel master data in the payroll system and in the electronic personnel file
  • Maintaining and checking payroll-relevant data according to tax and social security criteria
  • Preparation of personnel statistics and analyses as well as preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Support for external social security and payroll tax audits
Qualifications
  • Successfully completed training as a tax clerk (m/f/d) and/or commercial training with further training as a payroll accountant as well as relevant professional experience in payroll accounting
  • Sound knowledge of labour, social security and tax law
  • Confident handling of payroll programmes (ideally "edlohn") and the MS Office package
  • A high degree of initiative, flexibility and motivation
  • An independent and committed way of working
  • Enjoy working in a team as well as very good communication skills and a confident demeanour
