Location: Hamburg (Hamburg), Düsseldorf (NRW), hybrid/remote

Your mission

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Paid Social Manager (all levels) to develop and establish our social media advertising initiatives in Italy and Spain from the ground up. As a key member of our performance marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating our social media strategy, with a focus on driving engagement and conversions.

• Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media strategies tailored to the Spanish market
• End-to-End: Planning, managing, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and more
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding
• Stay up to date with industry trends and platform updates to keep campaigns innovative
• Manage and oversee our Amazon Ads campaigns in Spain, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives. If needed, you can participate in training session to enhance your expertise in Amazon Advertising

Your profile

• At least initial experience in implementing and managing successful paid social media campaigns (Meta in particular)
• Fluent Italian or Spanish language skills (native or very good level), as well as good English or German skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience with Amazon Advertising is an advantage; training is offered for those without experience
• Excellent communication and team skills
