A Hamburg-based startup is looking for a Digital Sales Intern to enhance their sales efforts. You will engage with customers, support the sales funnel, leverage AI tools, and ensure customer satisfaction. Candidates should be enrolled at a non-German Erasmus+ university, fluent in English, and available for at least 6 months in Hamburg. The position includes a €1,000 monthly top-up on the Erasmus+ grant, mentorship, and a dynamic work environment with opportunities for advancement.

Your Mission – Digital Sales Focus

As a Digital Sales Intern, you will be at the heart of the action:

• Engage with customers – handle pre-sales & post-sales communication, prepare offers, follow up on leads
• Support the sales funnel – from first contact to successful deal closing
• Leverage AI tools – work with our sales automation systems to make processes faster and smarter
• Boost customer happiness – ensure buyers and sellers feel supported every step of the way

Your profile

• Enrolled at a non-German Erasmus+ university, ideally near graduation
• Available for a minimum of 6 months in Hamburg
• Solid English + fluency in one of our key markets’ languages
• Any additional European language (e.g. German, French, Spanish, Italian, Czech, Romanian etc.) is a big plus – we sell across Europe, so the more languages you speak, the more impact you can make!
• Strong communicator, motivated by reaching goals and helping customers succeed
• Eager to learn and ready to take responsibility from day one
