E-F-FARM GmbH, a Hamburg-based startup, seeks a Digital Sales Intern for the Baltic markets (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania). You will engage with customers in a Baltic language, prepare offers, and help push leads through the sales funnel while leveraging AI tools to accelerate processes.

Hamburg-based, minimum 6 months, English-friendly internal comms. Native-level Baltic language skills are required, with Russian a plus.

Qualifications

• Enrolled at an Erasmus+ university outside Germany
• Available for a minimum of 6 months in Hamburg
• Native-level fluency in Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian
• Solid English for internal communication

Your challenge

Your Mission – Digital Sales Focus
As a Digital Sales Intern for the Baltic markets (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania), you will play a key role in expanding our presence in the region:

• Engage with customers – communicate in a Baltic language (Estonian, Latvian, or Lithuanian), prepare offers, follow up on leads

• Support the sales funnel – from first contact to successful deal closing

• Leverage AI tools – work with our sales automation systems to make processes faster and smarter

• Boost customer happiness – ensure buyers and sellers feel supported every step of the way

Your profile

• Enrolled at a non-German Erasmus+ university, ideally near graduation

• Available for a minimum of 6 months in Hamburg

• Language Skills: Native-level fluency in Estonian, Latvian, or Lithuanian required; Russian is a strong plus

• Solid English skills for internal communication

• Strong communicator, motivated by reaching goals and helping customers succeed

• Eager to learn and ready to take responsibility from day one
