A leading biotech recruitment firm is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the DACH region. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of field sales experience in Life Sciences or Biotech Tools, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle. This role involves significant travel, engaging with clients, and representing the company at various events. A competitive compensation package is offered.

On behalf of our client, Best Talent is now searching for an Outside Sales Representative Europe, primarily focusing on the DACH region.
You will be part of a dynamic team across continents dedicated to revolutionizing the industry with cutting-edge products. The group are right now on a strong development path including US office with dedicated employees. The company and its employees have a broad foundation in the Life Science business with a strong scientific and commercial toolbox. They are looking for an approachable, self-driven, and insightful Outside Sales Representative motivated by opening new doors as much as nurturing the relationships you’ve built. You’ll help them scale their direct business across Europe in Academia, Biotech, and Pharma by shaping the way they hunt for new business and meeting their customers in real life. Most importantly, you’ll be ensuring that their clients continuously feel confident and excited to work with them and their patented ClinoStar® and ClinoReactor® technology.
Ideally you can see yourself in these qualifications:
Fluent in English; another European language is a strong plus.
