DKV Mobility, a leading European B2B platform for on-the-road payment solutions, seeks an Organizational Development Expert (gn) to shape our organization for future growth in Ratingen. The role can be full-time or part-time with a flexible working model.

You will design structures, advise leaders, improve cross-functional collaboration, and develop playbooks to empower HR and leaders. Fluent English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in Organizational Development or related fields.
• Experience supporting organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.

• You shape DKV Mobility’sorganization for future growth by designing organizational structures,operating models, governance frameworks, and ways of working that enable ourstrategy.
• You act asa trusted advisor to leaders on organizational design, effectiveness, andtransformation, creating clarity around roles, accountabilities,decision-making, and collaboration models.
• You improveorganizational performance by simplifying structures and interfaces, optimizingspans and layers, and strengthening cross-functional collaboration.
• You developframeworks, tools, and playbooks for organizational design and empower leadersand HR Business Partners to make effective organizational decisions.
• You own andcontinuously enhance our employee engagement approach, from survey design andinsight generation to leadership reporting and measurable action planning.
• You supportstrategic growth and transformation initiatives, including organizationalchange, diversity & inclusion, capability reviews, post-merger integration,and the design of new organizational set-ups.

What makes you stand out

• You bringseveral years of experience in Organizational Development, OrganizationalDesign, HR, Consulting, or a related field.
• You havegained experience supporting organizational change, transformation, growth, orrestructuring initiatives.
• You haveexperience with employee engagement, organizational diagnostics, or data-drivendecision-making, which is considered an advantage.
• You demonstrate strong stakeholder management and consulting skills and areconfident in challenging and advising leaders.
• You have ananalytical and structured way of thinking.
• You possessexcellent communication and facilitation skills and can build alignment acrossfunctions and organizational levels.
• You take aproactive, collaborative, and results-oriented approach and have a genuinepassion for helping organizations evolve and perform at their best.
• You arefluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
