DKV Mobility is seeking an experienced Professional in Organizational Development to design and optimize our organization for scalable growth across Europe. You will advise leaders on org design, drive cross-functional collaboration, and develop playbooks to empower HR and business partners.

You will lead initiatives in change, inclusion, capability reviews and post-merger integration, shaping how teams operate and deliver impact in a dynamic environment.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in Organizational Development, Organizational Design, HR, Consulting, or a related field.
• Experience supporting organizational change, transformation, growth, or restructuring initiatives.
• Experience with employee engagement, organizational diagnostics, or data-driven decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills; able to challenge and advise leaders.
• Analytical and structured thinking.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to align across functions.
• Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented; passion for helping organizations evolve.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.

• You shape DKV Mobility’s organization for future growth by designing organizational structures, operating models, governance frameworks, and ways of working that enable our strategy.
• You act as a trusted advisor to leaders on organizational design, effectiveness, and transformation, creating clarity around roles, accountabilities, decision-making, and collaboration models.
• You improve organizational performance by simplifying structures and interfaces, optimizing spans and layers, and strengthening cross-functional collaboration.
• You develop frameworks, tools, and playbooks for organizational design and empower leaders and HR Business Partners to make effective organizational decisions.
• You own and continuously enhance our employee engagement approach, from survey design and insight generation to leadership reporting and measurable action planning.
• You support strategic growth and transformation initiatives, including organizational change, diversity & inclusion, capability reviews, post-merger integration, and the design of new organizational set-ups.

What makes you stand out

• You have gained experience supporting organizational change, transformation, growth, or restructuring initiatives.
• You have experience with employee engagement, organizational diagnostics, or data-driven decision-making, which is considered an advantage.
• You demonstrate strong stakeholder management and consulting skills and are confident in challenging and advising leaders.
• You have an analytical and structured way of thinking.
• You possess excellent communication and facilitation skills and can build alignment across functions and organizational levels.
• You take a proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented approach and have a genuine passion for helping organizations evolve and perform at their best.
• You are fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
