What this role looks like.

• Supporting conceptional organisational design (potentially within a variety of dimensions such as processes structures roles and governance)
• Providing support and advice to the International Product Organisations in implementing and leveraging the target operating model
• Supporting the iterative learning and improvement process in the organisation
• Promoting agile ways of working within ALDI DX
• Collaborating with international departments and external partners
• Assisting with other tasks as needed including data entry research and other administrative duties

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• 2 years of professional experience in a fast‑paced dynamic environment (e.g. management consulting strategy department business development)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to design concepts and drive their implementation
• Ability to structure problems and independently drive delivery of smaller work packages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently demonstrating strong initiative and accountability

Desirable extras.

• Initial experience in organisational design and operating model transformations is desirable
• Initial experience in agile methodology and corresponding qualifications (e.g. Scrum SAFe) is desirable
