At Almedia, we’re looking for an Organic Growth Manager to help scale our organic acquisition engine across SEO, GEO, ASO, and CRO. This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional growth role focused on driving sustainable user acquisition through technical SEO, content optimization, experimentation, and AI‑powered workflows. We’re looking for someone analytical, execution-focused, and comfortable operating across multiple organic growth disciplines.

What You'll Do

• Own and scale organic growth initiatives across SEO, GEO, ASO, and CRO

• Conduct technical SEO audits and improve site architecture, indexing, internal linking, and schema

• Optimize content based on search intent, ranking opportunities, and conversion potential

• Manage off‑page SEO initiatives including backlinks and authority‑building

• Run landing page experiments and improve organic conversion performance

• Support and optimize ASO initiatives

• Build scalable workflows using AI tools and automation

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, or growth marketing

• Strong understanding of technical SEO, content SEO, GEO, ASO, CRO, and off‑page SEO

• Experience growing organic traffic and conversion‑driven signups

• Analytical, hypothesis‑driven, and highly execution‑oriented

• Comfortable working with AI tools and modern growth workflows

• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
