Flink in Lübeck is looking for an Ops Associate to join our delivery hub. You will pack customer orders quickly, ensure quality and manage stock checks, expiry dates, and product quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor refrigeration temperatures, keep the workspace clean and organised, and collaborate with a diverse international team. The role offers hourly pay and a benefits package including health insurance and paid holidays.

Competenze

• Minimum age: 18 years old.

• Fluent in English or German.

Your Mission

• You pack customers' orders quickly and efficiently.


• You ensure that our customers receive fresh and high-quality products.


• You register and book new products.


• You check stock levels, expiry dates and product quality.


• You are responsible for monitoring and documenting the temperatures in the refrigeration units and on the goods.


• You will work with your team to keep the workplace clean and organised.
