Job summary

Flink is seeking an Ops Associate in Gütersloh to support fast, accurate order packing and quality control. You will help maintain stock integrity, monitor refrigeration temperatures, and ensure products meet high standards.

You’ll join a diverse, international team with health insurance and holidays as part of the Flink employment contract. Requirements include being at least 18, having a German work permit, and fluency in English or German.

Your mission:

• You pack customers' orders quickly and efficiently.


• You ensure that our customers receive fresh and high-quality products.


• You register and book new products.


• You check stock levels, expiry dates and product quality.


• You are responsible for monitoring and documenting the temperatures in the refrigeration units and on the goods.


• You will work with your team to keep the workplace clean and organised.
