Flink in Osnabrück is hiring an Ops Associate to support fast and accurate order fulfillment. You will pack orders quickly, ensure high-quality groceries, register new products, and monitor stock and expiry dates. You will also check refrigeration temperatures and help keep the area clean and organized.

Fluent English or German is required, along with 18+ eligibility and a valid work permit for Germany. You will join a dynamic, international team with a commitment to community and growth.

Your mission:

• You pack customers' orders quickly and efficiently.
• You ensure that our customers receive fresh and high-quality products.
• You register and book new products.
• You check stock levels, expiry dates and product quality.
• You are responsible for monitoring and documenting the temperatures in the refrigeration units and on the goods.
• You will work with your team to keep the workplace clean and organised.
