Isar Aerospace Technologies GmbH invites you to join as an Orbital Welding Technician, supporting prototype and series production by operating, programming and inspecting orbital welding processes for critical aerospace components.

You will read drawings, work with engineering teams, and contribute to safety and quality standards while advancing welding capabilities for space hardware.

Qualifikationen

• Technical/vocational education in manufacturing, welding or a related field.
• 3-5 years experience in a technical or industrial environment.
• Basic welding skills (orbital welding experience is an advantage).
• Experience or strong interest in prototype manufacturing.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Basic computer skills for program handling and documentation.
• Careful, structured and quality-focused working style.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.

Join Isar Aerospace and play key role in building next-generation launch vehicles. As an Orbital Welding Technician, you will support prototype and series production by operating, programming and inspecting orbital welding processes for critical aerospace components, ensuring the highest quality and safety standards.

Your Role in Our Space Mission :

• Operate orbital welding machines in prototype and production environments
• Create, adapt and optimize welding programs
• Prepare and inspect parts prior to welding
