Accelerated in Germany is seeking an experienced (Freelance) Optimizer to join a global team of ~40 people. The role is 100% remote, offering flexibility and a culture focused on impact and growth.

You will manage data findings, coordinate with data specialists, run and evaluate A/B tests, design hypotheses, and support developers with testing schedules. Fluency in English and strong analytical thinking are required.

Tasks

What's your daily life gonna' look like - your tasks:

1. Managing Capabilities:

• Manage and work with data findings of data specialist
• Hold data specialists, dev, and support specialists accountable
• Report to the team lead with questions, observations, and process improvement ideas

2. Optimizing skills:

• Prepare, run and evaluate A/B tests for clients
• Conceptualize, create, prioritize, and design a hypothesis
• Prepare templates/ tests for developers for seamless coding schedules

3. Data findings & testing schedule

• Use data findings to put the hypothesis into context and create a testing tactic for the client
• Oversee seamless data collection for clients and manage the client's testing schedule.
