You will manage data findings, coordinate with developers and support specialists, design hypotheses, run A/B tests, and translate insights into practical improvements for clients. Fluent English and a basic understanding of e-commerce are required.

Tasks

1. Managing Capabilities:
   • Manage and work with data findings of data specialist
   • Hold data specialists, dev, and support specialists accountable
   • Report to the team lead with questions, observations, and process improvement ideas
2. Optimizing skills:
   • Prepare, run and evaluate A/B tests for clients
   • Conceptualize, create, prioritize, and design a hypothesis
   • Prepare templates/ tests for developers for seamless coding schedules
3. Data findings & testing schedule:
   • Use data findings to put the hypothesis into context and create a testing tactic for the client
   • Oversee seamless data collection for clients and manage the client's testing schedule
