Zusammenfassung

Freudenberg FST GmbH in Baden-Württemberg seeks an experienced production operator for molding. You will operate and monitor equipment, maintain and clean machines, and perform visual and quality inspections of elastomeric/thermoplastic parts meeting specifications.

You will document process and quality data digitally, monitor safety equipment, follow quality regulations, and respond to deviations. The role requires teamwork, reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work in a 3-shift

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in industrial/mechanic fields or equivalent
• Several years of experience in elastomer or thermoplastic processing
• Strong commitment, flexibility, and reliability
• Willingness and ability to work across multiple shifts
• Physical resilience and endurance
• Team communication skills and independent working style
• Fluent in written and spoken German

Qualifications:

• Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, process mechanic or comparable technical education
• Several years of sound professional experience in the processing of elastomers or thermoplastics
• High level of commitment and flexibility
• Willingness and ability to work in multiple shifts
• Physical resilience
• Ability to communicate and work in a team
• Sense of responsibility as well as an independent and careful way of working
• Fluent in written and spoken German
