Zusammenfassung

Freudenberg Sealing Technologies GmbH is seeking a production operator to run molding/forming machines and perform inspection and finishing of parts. You will also handle waste material separation and support setup activities for extrusion systems and profiles, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

The role requires basic German (B1) and willingness to work a three-shift schedule, in a manufacturing environment committed to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of manufacturing and/or production processes.
• Technical vocational training or education is an advantage.
• German language skills at a minimum B1 level.
• Willingness to work in a three-shift operation.

Aufgaben

• Operate molding/forming machines.
• Inspect produced parts per instructions and time requirements.
• Finish and post-process produced parts.
• Record recyclable and non-recyclable materials separately.
• Assist setup technician during forming wheel extrusion system setups and related production steps.
• Maintain SPC defect collection charts/cards.
• Package products according to specifications.
• Prepare performance reports and ensure compliance with processes.

Responsibilities:

• Operation of molding/forming machines
• Inspection of produced parts, including very small components, in accordance with applicable inspection instructions and within specified time requirements
• Finishing and post-processing of produced parts
• Responsibility for the separate collection and recording of recyclable and non-recyclable materials
• Assisting the setup technician during the setup of forming wheel extrusion systems, haul-off, cutting and winding equipment, as well as in the production and inspection of profiles with and without wire reinforcement
• Maintenance of SPC defect collection charts/cards
• Packaging of products in accordance with specifications
• Preparation of performance reports
• Responsibility for compliance with established work processes and procedures

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of manufacturing and/or production processes.
• Ideally, technical vocational training or education, which is considered an additional advantage.
• German language skills at a minimum B1 level.
• Willingness to work in a three-shift operation.
