Radisson Hotel Group in Frankfurt am Main is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead hotel operations and drive guest satisfaction, revenue and commercial results. You will partner with department heads to maximize opportunities while ensuring compliance and budget discipline.

As right hand to the General Manager, you will inspire a hands-on team, deliver memorable service, and strive for operational excellence across guest experiences, quality standards and cost control.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading hotel-operations teams.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Fluent in German and English; strong communication skills.
• Proficient with IT systems across platforms; MS Office.

Job Description

Operations Manager (m/w/d)

• As an Operations Manager at Radisson Hotel Group, you are the orchestrator of exceptional experiences. Your role goes beyond executing the masterplan; it's about balancing strategic focus on guest experience, revenue generation, and achieving commercial results.

• You are an industry expert and a recognized leader with the ability to prioritize a complex and hands-on workload

• You will work with Heads of Department to maximize business opportunities and brand reputation, as well as ensuring adherence to legislation, due diligence requirements and managing the hotel budget.
• As right hand to the General Manager, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the hotel
• As an Operations Manager, you will join a team that is passionate about delivering incredible service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!

• Proven experience in leading hotel-operations teams with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style
• Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
• Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can! Attitude
• Is a creative problem-solver
• Passionate about creating extraordinary service
• Fluency in German and English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms
• Excellent Power Point and Excel skills
