Your mission

As a motivated Operations Manager, you are part of the business team. You will play an important role in setting up the associated processes and have the opportunity to grow personally and professionally through complex challenges. You will be responsible for building up the Operations department at enabl as well as supporting key customers and project planning. You will work hand in hand with the CEO and the founders. Together we design enabl's operations strategy and ensure that operations work for customers everywhere. We need you to operate our vehicles! With you, we can operate our systems in different customer locations and win new customers for the company's growth.

Your profile
  • Completed training in the field of logistics or completed studies in the field of economics or engineering
  • At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in the field of logistics
  • Strong interest in technology and logistics
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Project planning and management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
