CEVA Logistics is seeking an International Operations Coordinator for its DE Event Logistics Team in Bremen. You will coordinate import/export shipments by air and sea, collaborate with internal teams and partners, and oversee event logistics from planning through delivery.

The role requires travel to various sites and occasional weekend or late-evening work, with a mix of on-site and remote work options. You will join a fast-paced, global logistics environment, supporting high-profile events

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and decisive International Operations Coordinator to join our DE Event Logistics Team. This role is at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless import and export of goods via airfreight and ocean freight. You will be responsible for coordinating all logistics, from planning to the final delivery, with a keen understanding that the last 100 meters are the most critical in any shipment.

This is a full-time position based in Bremen, with the flexibility to work remotely part-time. You will also be required to work on-site at various locations (e.g., Amsterdam, Barcelona, Munich) and must be willing to travel occasionally. Due to the nature of event logistics, you may need to work some weekends and late evenings to ensure flawless execution.

You will be provided with a company mobile phone, laptop and will join one of the most fast‑paced, exciting industries in the world: Event Logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment and make critical decisions under pressure.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours, including weekends and late evenings.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and German is required; additional languages (e.g. Spanish, Dutch) are a plus.
