We're hiring a hands‑on Operations Analyst with strong logistics and warehouse expertise to be the dedicated data counterpart for Logistics & Fulfilment Services (LFS). You will bridge operational knowledge with data‑driven decision‑making, owning logistics data products end‑to‑end (KPIs, dashboards, pipelines). Your goal is to turn raw data into actionable insights that continuously improve product movement and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Own logistics and warehousing data, ensuring accurate KPIs such as stock accuracy, throughput, pick/pack, carrier SLAs, and reliable reporting.
- Analyse fulfilment performance to uncover bottlenecks, cost‑saving opportunities and efficiency gains, translating findings into actionable insights for Operations leadership.
- Support strategic initiatives such as warehouse expansion, automation, and 3PL integrations through rigorous data analysis and continuous improvement.
- Act as the analytics partner for Operations teams while serving as the bridge to the central Data team, ensuring alignment, governance and impact.
- Maintain high data quality and compliance by defining certified metrics, implementing quality checks, and upholding reporting standards trusted across Operations.
Dein Profil
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, operations analysis, or supply‑chain/warehousing roles, ideally in eCommerce, retail, or logistics environments.
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to transform operational questions into data‑driven solutions.
- Hands‑on experience with SQL and dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Looker or Power BI.
- Familiarity with modern data platforms such as BigQuery, dbt or equivalent – plus data workflows is a plus.
- Understanding of logistics and fulfilment KPIs, such as stock accuracy, warehouse productivity, carrier performance, etc.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills: able to explain insights clearly to both warehouse staff and executives.
- Pragmatic problem solver with a continuous‑improvement mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
