Job summary

Knorr Bremse Group is seeking an Operational Resilience & BCM Coordinator for the CVS Division in Munich. You will implement and continuously improve the divisional BCMS, coordinate resilience initiatives, and guide sites in BIA and risk assessments to ensure robust continuity planning.

The role requires 5+ years in BCM within manufacturing or supply chains, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English. German language is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business administration, or comparable field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience in Business Continuity / Operational Resilience in manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Knowledge of BCM standards and methodologies (e.g. ISO 22301 / BSI 200-4).
• Experience with BIA, risk assessment and continuity planning.
• Understanding of manufacturing, supplier and IT/OT dependencies.
• Experience in cross-functional initiatives, governance and improvement programs.
• Strong stakeholder management in an international, cross-functional environment.
• Fluent English; German advantageous.

• Monitor BCMS implementation and provide KPI and management reporting.
• Act as central BCM expert and contact for site-level BCM roles.
