Bayshore in Munich, on-site, is building AI agents for legal and compliance. This is an open-ended early-stage role where you define your lane and own the outcome, even if your title isn’t listed.

We seek proactive, ownership-driven individuals who can work across German and English, communicate clearly to legal, technical, and commercial audiences, and bring a hands-on mindset, rigor, and genuine curiosity about AI and compliance.
